At JENNEN Shoes, we want you to stand tall with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a different style, our streamlined process ensures your satisfaction is our top priority.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back into their original JENNEN shoebox and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of arrival.
